Who is eligible?

Any United States based business with a resale license or reseller permit that purchases Big Train products.

Do I have to enroll in order to continue purchasing Big Train products?

No. This is a voluntary program with the goal of offering greater value to our loyal customers. Remember though you will earn a FREE case just for registering. Register today!

Why should I register in Big Train´s OnTrack™ Rewards program?

Big Train is committed to partnering with our customers. Besides offering great tasting easy to make products, we want to help our customers grow their businesses. To do that, we need to offer you increasing value. To start, we are giving you enough bonus points to earn a free Case of Big Train product just for signing up! If that´s not enough, the program benefits include a rewards system that you can redeem for free product, for example. In addition, you will have direct access to Big Train. You´ll get invited to Members-Only conference call sessions and events, and you can help influence new product development. Be the first to know and test new products! How are points earned?

Once you register in the program, any Big Train branded beverage product is eligible. Taxes, fees, surcharges, blenders, cups, lids, tubs, labels, pumps, and racks do not qualify. Other Kerry brands such as DaVinci Gourmet, Oregon Chai, Caffe D’Amore, or Bellagio do not qualify.

I see that BigTrain.com now sells other Kerry brands. Do we get points on those too?

Currently the system only allows points for qualifying Big Train branded beverage products only. Purchase of DaVinci Gourmet, Oregon Chai, Caffe D’amore, Bellagio or other non Big Train brands do NOT apply at this time. We are constantly looking for ways to add value with the OTR program. If and when we make a change to this policy you will be notified via the email you used when you registered with OTR.

Do my points expire?

No your points continue to accrue over time.

What is the process for earning points?

While registering, we will ask you for a password. After registering you will receive a unique Membership ID#. Simply log in with your Membership ID# and your passord at www.ontrackrewards.com. Click on the "My Rewards" tab. There, you will see any registered Big Train purchases along with how many points you have earned.

If you have made a purchase and do not see the purchase listed in "OnTrack Rewards History", simply complete the "Register a Purchase" form. Select where you purchased your product from by completing either the Distributor section or the Retail Store section. Please complete all relevant fields. Then enter the amount of your purchase. (do not include taxes, surcharges, blenders, cups, lids)—only enter the product specific cost. For example, if your invoice shows $200 of Big Train Iced Coffee Mix, $10 fuel surcharges, $50 lids and cups, then you would submit $200 for this purchase and you would then earn 200 points.

Once your purchase is submitted, your purchase will be reviewed and validated by Big Train. Please allow 1-3 business days for your points to be applied.

What if I don´t enter accurate information?

Big Train will audit all purchase registrations. So please report accurate information. Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program.

When do I need to register my purchase?

Purchases must be logged within six (6) months of the purchase date. Purchase registrations after six months (180 days) will not be allowed.

May I post purchases made before I registered?

Sorry no. Only purchases made after the date of registering with the program will qualify. Register today though and you'll earn a free case just for signing up!

How do I redeem my points?

Once you hit the 1,000 point threshold, you will automatically receive a Big Train OnTrack™ Rewards Certificate via the email provided while registering in the program. This Certificate will have a unique serial number on it. When you place your next order of Big Train product, submit this Certificate number to redeem your free case of Big Train product. If you purchase your products through a distributor then you may redeem your certificate with them if they participate in the program or via Big Train directly if they do not. If you purchase from a retail store or cash & carry outlet or from Big Train directly, then you must redeem your Certificate with Big Train directly by calling 800 244 8724. Do not take your Certificate to a retail store/cash & carry outlet to redeem.

Any attempt to submit the same Certificate multiple times or present unauthorized Certificate numbers will result in immediate removal from the program.

When do Big Train Certificates expire?

You have six months (180 days) to redeem your Certificate once it is generated. Certificates submitted after the 6 month window will not be honored. Be sure to update your email with us as this is the vehicle we will use to send Certificates and make sure you get your emails by tracking your points occasionally. Points will not be reapplied if the Certificate expires.

Can I call in my purchases or can you print and mail or fax to me instead?

Sorry, no. To efficiently manage this program due to our large customer base, we require that participants use our web-based rewards tracking system at www.OnTrackRewards.com and supply a valid email address. The updates literally take just seconds and we´ve attempted to automate the program as much as possible. It´s easy!

How does a Distributor participate?
